View from Golden Stanley HutGolden Stanley Hut was built during the winter of 2015 and finished in the spring of 2016. It is located about halfway between the Walt Hill hut and the Troubridge cabin at Jocelyn Pond, and perched on a terrace like area above Stanley Creek that rushes by in the gully below.

Its porch and steps are under cover, allowing people to cook out of doors, or enjoy drinking their coffee or tea.

Access to good mountain water is via a spur trail about 100 m upstream of the hut. A kilometre downstream just west of where Stanley Creek empties into Lois Lake there is a swimming hole and a picnic site PAWS built as an additional amenity for hikers.
